Dustin Weaver is an American comic book writer and illustrator based in Portland, OR. His work has been published by Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse, EC Comics, IDW, Oni, and others.

Dustin began his career in comics as an art intern at WildStorm Studios in 2003. Since then, he's illustrated the NY Times bestselling novel The Tenth Circle, had a fruitful relationship with Dark Horse Comics where he made significant contributions to the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic series, and worked for several years exclusively at Marvel where, most notably, he co-created the acclaimed series S.H.I.E.L.D: Architects of Forever with writer Jonathan Hickman. In 2013, Dustin moved into the writing side of comics when he defined IDW's approach to Rocksteady and Bebop in their Ninja Turtles comics by co-writing the duo's introductory issue. He went on to write and illustrate comics at Marvel and DC like The Edge of Spider-Verse, Infinity Gauntlet: Warzones, and Batman: Black & White.

Dustin now dedicates himself to his creator own Image series PAKLIS, and in 2024 released his first solo graphic novel 1949.
